Jonathan Joli is the founding lawyer at Joli Law, where he leads the firm’s practices in real estate, corporate/business law, litigation, and estate planning. He established the firm with a mission to provide high-quality, client-centered legal services and remains deeply committed to guiding clients through every step of their legal matters with care and expertise.

Experience:
Before launching Joli Law, Jonathan honed his legal skills at a boutique law firm. There, he gained hands-on experience in real estate, corporate, litigation, and estate law, consistently helping clients navigate complex transactions and legal processes.

Philosophy:
Driven by the desire to offer personalized legal representation, Jonathan “advises and assists clients at every step of the process to ensure each transaction runs smoothly.” He emphasizes transparency, communication, and practical problem-solving to achieve optimal outcomes

Education & Experience:
– LL.B., University of Leicester
– LL.M., University of British Columbia
– Former paralegal with the Department of Justice Canada
– Jonathan is a member of the Law Society of Ontario,
the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
– He is fluent in English and Chaldean/Assyrian.
